The residence, located in a quiet street in the heart of Biarritz close to the famous beach "la Grande Plage", offers spacious and comfortable apartments. Shops, restaurants and the casino are close to the residence. The bright apartments have large balconies overlooking a sunny garden for breakfast and relaxing moments. They are all equipped with a separate bedroom, a corner with 2 bunk beds, a large living room with a cooking corner.

The establishment is a recent 4-storey building with elevator. Reception is open from 07:00 until 22:30 and offers a fax service (with charge), plus assistance with green fees and other outside activities. Benefit from discounted green fees at 7 golf courses in the region. Staff can also assist with any local bookings you would like to make. The residence's underground car park can be used, and the local town car park is 50 metres away. Other helpful facilities include use of baby beds, baby chairs and babysitting. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available on request at the reception.
As of 5 November 2007 the reception is open from 07:30 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:30. Please call the reception in case of late arrival.
